Curtis Warfield (Louisville)

CFO of the HCA Managed Care, Curtis Warfield has almost two decades of experience as a financial executive managing health-care networks in Nashville, Tennessee, and Louisville, Kentucky. Drawing on his expertise as a CPA, as well as his knowledge of predictive modeling and technology, he has been able to take advantage of opportunities presented by developments in health care and technology to increase revenues and profits while decreasing risk and overhead. Additionally to his CPA certification, Curtis Warfield holds a BS from the University of Louisville.

Prior to his current position, Curtis Warfield was the longtime CEO of HCA NPAS. While at the helm of NPAS, which manages over a $7 billion annual portfolio, Mr. Warfield oversaw a complete organizational redesign that integrated technology and best-practice customer service and comprehensively redefined the firm’s growth strategy. The results included an elimination of redundant processes, an improved cash flow, year-on-year increases in revenue, and divestiture from unprofitable operations.

In his spare time, Mr. Warfield is a voracious reader, who consumes books and articles on a range of subjects. He also loves listening to jazz. He maintains an active lifestyle through cycling and mountain biking. His travels have taken him all over the United States and the world.
