As the chairman, chief executive officer, and president of Heritage Management Services, Inc., in San Francisco, Craig Duling attends to all responsibilities related to establishing and implementing the strategic goals and mission of the property and business management firm. In doing so, he confers with other board members and utilizes a team of experienced vice presidents and directors. Over the course of Craig Duling’s more than 25 years leading Heritage Management Services, the firm has acquired in excess of 107 million square feet of properties and managed numerous businesses in the food and beverage industry.
Before beginning his career, Craig Duling earned a bachelor of science in physics and math from San Jose State University. Subsequently, he performed as an engineer for Lockheed Martin, during which time he contributed to a classified project for the US Military. After several years at Lockheed Missiles & Space Company, Mr. Duling transitioned to the real estate industry and venture capital sector, where he achieved success through the funding of International Financial Technology, Inc., which garnered recognition by BusinessWeek as one of the 10 fastest-growing companies in the country.
