An experienced financial service professional, Colin Devereux laid the foundation for his successful career as a student of business information systems at University College Cork in Ireland. After earning his bachelor of science with honors in 1997, he found employment as an associate director with SBC/UBS, completing the company’s graduate training program and serving as both a junior and intermediate FX G-10 trader. Colin Devereux went on to serve tenures as a vice president at Brown Brothers Harriman, a deputy chief dealer at Citigroup, and a chief dealer at BNP Paribas.
Colin Devereux most recently served as a chief dealer with offices of Bank of America Merrill Lynch in both New York City and London. Overseeing daily operations at the G-10 FX desk, he focused on both standard and alternative investment options to complement and leverage directional cash positions. Mr. Devereux also advised Bank of America Merrill Lynch's vast customer base as an authority on macroeconomics and the generation of trade ideas.
