Après une première partie de cursus dans le sport (Maitrise STAPS), je me suis orienté vers un domaine bien plus vaste : celui de la communication. Je me suis donc inscrit à un troisième cycle spécialisé dans la communication à l'ESMA.
J'ai par la suite travaillé trois ans au sein du GIE Agirc-Arrco. Cette expérience m'a permis au quotidien de développer ma connaissance du milieu délégataire de services publics et d'approfondir mes connaissances communicantes, notamment dans la conduite du changement.
Je suis depuis juin 2011 sur Toulouse et y travaille désormais chez Métaphora en tant que Consultant en Conduite du Changement, essentiellement sur le pan communication.
Les échanges avec les clients et mes collègues me permettent une évolution régulière, tant au niveau de mes compétences communicantes que sur les autres aspects liés à la conduite du changement (formation, documentation...)
