An attorney who operates his own practice in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Christopher “Chris” Lane holds a juris doctor (JD) with cum laude distinction from Wake Forest University. He also holds a master of business administration (MBA) from Winston-Salem’s Babcock Graduate School of Management and a bachelor of arts in economics and management from Albion College in Michigan.

After earning his JD and MBA in 1993, Christopher Lane found employment with the Winston-Salem law firm of Womble, Carlyle, Sandridge & Rice, where he concentrated on business litigation and insurance defense. He subsequently gained valuable experience in the fields of workers’ compensation and employment law as an associate with the McElwee Firm in North Wilkesboro.

Although Chris Lane continues to practice in a range of areas, his current law office focuses on bankruptcy and debt settlement issues. The office is open to prospective and existing clients Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
