British and bilingual, I have more than 10 years of professional experience in France (8 years specialised in information systems) and a Master's degree from a French business school.

I have a pragmatic and global vision of customer relationships thanks to my knowledge and experience of the following business processes and solutions implemented to facilitate and rationalise them::
- Quote To Cash
- Fulfillment
- RMA
- Credit Management

Functional analyst for information systems used in these business processes:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM,
- Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009,
- PeopleSoft (modules: Order Management, Inventory, Billing, Accounts Receivable),
- Wilogs (a French Transport Management System)
- Teklogix scans
