A native of New Zealand, Chris Ashenden now splits his time between North and South America as a health and fitness promoter. Known as “Chris the Kiwi,” Chris Ashenden maintains a blog at ChrisTheKiwi.com, which discusses important nutrition and fitness tips. On his blog, he writes about his own professional experience and provides insight on achieving optimal, holistic health. Topics range from the benefits of fish oil to techniques for minimizing fat levels and obtaining a toned physique. In addition, he serves as a business growth manager for Athletic Greens and acts as a spokesman for the company’s line of advanced, natural supplements.
As an undergraduate, Chris Ashenden studied sports science at the University of Auckland. He draws on the information learned during his studies as well as the knowledge gained from his personal experiences in training to direct individuals to physical, mental, and emotional health.
A former athlete, Mr. Ashenden enjoys playing a variety of contact sports. He played rugby at the elite level in New Zealand.
