About Me

The recipient of a bachelor's degree in economics from Rollins College, Bradshaw Santoro began his career as a financial advisor with Ameriprise Financial before being hired as director of The Mergis Group's New York office. Through four years with one of the largest staffing firms in the world, Bradshaw Santoro earned a pair of Performance Forum awards and maintained profit and loss responsibilities for its temporary staffing and permanent placement divisions.

In 2011, Bradshaw Santoro moved to Boston, Massachusetts, and began working as vice president of Robert Half Financial Services, where he successfully orchestrated a profitable turnaround of the firm's consulting division within six months. He left the firm in 2016 after founding the boutique executive search and specialized consulting firm Project Resources, which served both the New York and Boston markets. As of June 2018, Mr. Santoro has served as managing director of Syntagma Group, where he leverages more than a decade of experience in locating high-caliber technical and functional consultants for projects facilitated by asset managers, banks, and consulting firms worldwide.
