Bert Vandiver

Since 2002, Bert Vandiver has guided day-to-day operations at LR Commercial Construction Inc., a Waco-based oil field pipeline development company in Texas. The company emphasizes a partnership with energy firms to meet all of their needs for installation and maintenance. With a focus on quality, safety, and timely construction practices, Bert Vandiver has established a leading presence in the industry and has helped energy firms advance toward their objectives.

Bert Vandiver balances his professional schedule with his role on the board of directors at the Heart O’ Texas Fair and Rodeo. He joined the board more than 15 years ago, and he currently chairs the Rodeo Committee.

Away from his business and community endeavors, Mr. Vandiver pursues a variety of interests, from cooking to flying twin-engine planes. He likes to spend time outdoors and frequently plays golf and runs for exercise. While at home, he enjoys reading fiction, and his favorite authors include Greg Iles and John Sandford.
