Contributed to designing the internal sourcing strategy among subsidiaries of a conglomerate operating in Advanced Industries.
Responsible for performing benchmark analysis, conducting interviews with N-2 executives, reviewing financial information on past transactions and identifying current industry best practices to outline a tailored solution aimed at maximising margin retention within the group.

Responsible for leading and managing NJC, a junior enterprise composed of 40 students, which provides consulting services to clients ranging from PSI20 listed companies, industry associations, SMEs and startups, to the Public Sector and NGOs.
Previously headed the Operations Department and 2 projects, leading and facilitating teams of 7 consultants developing Market Studies and Sector Analysis for a start-up and Gestmin SGPS.

The club’s objective is to stimulate students’ interest and understanding of financial markets bridging the relationship between the corporate and academic worlds.
Activities range from the elaboration of industry in-depth newsletters to organizing impactful learning events such as the London Field Trip.

Integrated a task force charged with the oversight of mortgage transfers from BES to NOVO BANCO.
Personally, identified process improvement opportunities and designed a solution that led to an average 60% increase in the team’s productivity. Internship duration: 1 month.

Part of a 5-person team in charge of facilitating, planning and supervising two 6-days international educational programs bringing together 100+ participants from around the globe, running a budget over 25.000 €.
Previously held other responsibility roles within the NGO such as Village Committee 2015&16&17, Seminar Committee 2014, Interchange Committee 2013 and Junior Counsellor 2012.
