With more than 15 years of experience in higher education, Andrew Scoblionko possesses skills in numerous areas affecting operations. Institutions benefit from his ability to utilize metrics in developing new programs, and his suggestions bolster enrollment, placement, and accounts receivables. Moreover, Andrew Scoblionko handles matters ranging from sales management and community relations to budgeting and facility management.
From 2004 until 2006, Scoblionko provided his services to Southwest Florida College. For the first year, he performed as Dean of Academics/Director of Education, a role in which his duties included creating faculty schedules and managing the departmental budget. Along with satisfying quotas for three out of four quarters, he oversaw citation-free visits from accreditation organizations.
In the following year, Andrew Scoblionko served as Campus Director. Maintaining final responsibility over profit and loss, he supervised a school consisting of 700 students and ensured that it followed all legal and institutional regulations and policies. Under his leadership, Southwest Florida College showed a $240,000 profit, increased enrollment by 1.4 percent after years of decline, and implemented new training programs across all units.
