As the chief executive officer, principal, and director of real estate for Lakha Investments in Bellevue, Washington, Amin Andy Lakha has acquired and developed more than 40 properties, including 10 million square feet of retail and office space. He has also packaged loans in excess of $1 billion in total worth. Amin Andy Lakha simultaneously serves as president of Bellevue’s Premier Center Management, a position that places him in charge of more than 5 million square feet of shopping center and office building space.
Over the course of his career, he also served 12 years as president of Puget Sounds Stations, building and managing a number of gas station and convenience store investments. Prior to entering the real estate field in the early 1990s, he promoted concerts, and managed musicians as the chief executive officer of LIP Productions in Chicago, Illinois.
Outside of the professional arena, Mr. Lakha enjoys boating and golfing. He also actively supports multiple charitable and fine arts organizations, including the Aga Khan Development Network and the Pacific Northwest Ballet.
