An attorney, businesswoman, and editor with over a decade of legal experience and nearly equivalent experience in educational publishing, Alexis Rudman serves as a vice president at National Learning Corporation, a leading provider of test preparation materials, including the Passbook series. In this position, which she has held since 2007, Alexis Rudman has edited and proofread dozens of books and researched and authored materials about Texas real estate law and for barber and cosmetology examinations.
Additionally, Alexis Rudman has frequently operated as a document review attorney and legal project associate for New York law firms and consultancies, including FTI Consulting, Inc., where she determined whether documents were pertinent, privileged, or responsive. Previously, she performed various legal discovery activities as a legal project associate with Pomerantz LLP.
Ms. Rudman received her BS in human development from Cornell University and JD from the University of Miami School of Law. Shortly after her commencement from the latter, she assumed a role as an attorney at Borack & Associates, PA, after which she wrote commentary and articles for Stan Fischler’s weekly report on MSG, a television network.
Outside of her professional life, Ms. Rudman enjoys watching Broadway musicals and counts Nice Work If You Can Get It and Tamara among her favorite productions.
