Alexander Pobedinsky

An attorney with 25 years of experience, Alexander (Alex) Pobedinsky began his legal career as an associate attorney for O’Hara, Hanlon, Knych and Pobedinsky, LLP, a firm providing representation in corporate, labor and municipal zoning law, among other areas. Alexander Pobedinsky went on to become a partner attorney for the AV-rated firm five years later.

During this time, Alex Pobedinsky concurrently served for several years as an attorney at Coyne Textile Services. After three years in the position of general counsel and corporate secretary at Coyne, he took on additional responsibilities as vice president. Responsible for overseeing all company legal affairs along with personnel-related matters for over 1,800 employees across the eastern United States, he reorganized and managed the company’s Human Resources, Environmental, Payroll, Purchasing, Fleet, and Risk Management departments. Further, he successfully led negotiations for a major plant divestiture and asset sale that affected 225 union employees.

Alexander Pobedinsky holds a bachelor’s degree in Russian language and literature from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in Slavic languages and literature from Syracuse University. He has also completed a juris doctor with magna cum laude distinction from Syracuse University College of Law, where he gained entry to the Order of the Coif legal honorary society and the Justinian Honorary Law Society.
