Fast Track Leadership Programme at InterContinental Hotels Group Headquarters (IHG) in the United Kingdom
- Graduated from the Hotel School The Hague, International Institute for Hotel Administration and Hospitality, and received Hospitality Management Award for oustanding performance.
- Worked and lived in The Netherlands, France, Thailand and England in various roles.
- Presently in my last of three rotations for the Fast Track Leadership Programme working on the London 2012 Games sponsorship at the Headquarters of InterContinental Hotels Group in Denham, England.
Responsible for account management and aquisition of new accounts during a major renovation of the hotel.
Highlights were:
- Dual role for 8 months
- Increasing revenue due to new contracts
- Helping to create the S&M Marketing Relaunch Priorities
- Setting the back bone of the new Quadriga in house infotainment system
- Developing a process to build on the results of the Sales Audit

- Developing close relations with the IHG Loyalty Programme for the re-opening of the hotel.
